We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert with a proven track record in developing and implementing security solutions for advanced vehicle platforms. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of mobility, ensuring that next-generation vehicles meet international cybersecurity standards and regulations.

About the Assignment

You will join a dedicated cybersecurity team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions to protect vehicle platforms and information systems. This is a senior role combining technical leadership, concept development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cybersecurity technical solutions for vehicle architecture

• Perform Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA).
• Define and align cybersecurity requirements according to international standards.
• Conduct vulnerability analyses to identify threats and weaknesses.

2. Harmonization of cybersecurity concepts

• Define vehicle-level components and their dependencies.
• Consolidate and align cybersecurity concepts with partners and stakeholders.
• Support verification and validation strategies.

3. Vehicle-level cybersecurity with end-to-end integrity

• Design secure architecture solutions for vehicle platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity into the entire development process.
• Consolidate cybersecurity cases across systems and functions.

4. Process development and improvements

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes according to UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, and CSMS requirements.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of leading cybersecurity activities for vehicle platforms and type approval.
• Hands-on expertise in secure architecture design, embedded systems, and network protocols (CAN, Ethernet, wireless).
• Strong understanding of cryptography and cybersecurity best practices.
• Solid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, and CSMS frameworks.
• Experience executing TARA on complex systems.
• Excellent analytical, systematic, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with agile methodologies.
  Advantage: Knowledge of AI integration and automation tools.
