Senior Data Engineer / Senior Analytics Engineer
Help shape advanced data solutions in a business-critical environment
We are now looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Senior Analytics Engineer to strengthen our clients data team in Stockholm. In this role you will build and develop a Databricks-based platform, designing robust ETL pipelines, data models and CI/CD processes that transform business needs into high-quality data products.
What you will do
- Develop and improve ETL pipelines in Databricks (PySpark / SQL).
- Collect requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into data products.
- Model data according to Kimball principles and document solutions.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML, artifact handling).
- Ensure access control and data cleaning routines.
- Monitor platform performance, handle job alerts and incidents in ServiceNow.
Must-have qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Databricks using PySpark and Spark SQL.
- Data modelling knowledge based on Kimball principles.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience with CI/CD, YAML pipelines and artifact handling.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Ability to document architecture, data models and operations.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience working in Azure environments.
- Knowledge of Databricks Asset Bundle (DAB).

- Location: Stockholm (on-site, no remote)
- Assignment period: 1 November 2025 – 31 March 2026
